Revision Graph and adds?

Would it be possible (and desirable) to add adds (not ads) to the
revision graph?

I think it would be useful to see in what revision a graphed resource
(file or folder) has been created.

I would suggest adding a slightly blue box with the add-icon in the top
left corner indicating when the resource was first added. This would
also (good or bad?) remove the need for the "No graph available"-message
since all resources in the repository has been created at some point.

In addition with a future implementation of issue 192 it would give
every resource a sensible (but not terribly interesting) revision graph.
