There is no Diff commands in version 1.3.0.

Hello,

My configuration:
Windows XP/Pro SP2, TortoiseSVN 1.3.0, Build 5416.

There is no 'Diff' commands in the context menu, when clicking on a versionized
file.

Before 1.3.0 version I used 1.2.6 version and these commands were in its place
-- near the top of the context menu. I cannot remember for sure if they
disappeared at the moment I installed 1.3.0 or at later stage so I cannot tell
if this 1.3.0 behaviour or something wrong happened with my installation. Today,
I removed and installed again version 1.3.0 but the 'Diff' commands did not
appear. In short, what is shown in TortoiseSVN help
(http://tortoisesvn.sourceforge.net/docs/release/TortoiseSVN_en/ch05s09.html) is
not available in my installation.

Now I can still use 'Diff' commands but via log message screen and can do my
work, but this is a bit uncomfortably if is done often.

Please any comments ?
