I know that I probably should stop sending these half-assed patches that
I'm not even able to test, but somehow I can't resist... :-)

The "Others (#)" works fine for "Commits by author", but less well for
"Commits by date". There the "Others" count is wrong, and it won't end
up last either.

This happens as the others count is calculated in a loop where each
commit by every author is processed, hence counting every author the
number of times he/she has committed. No good.

I have attached a patch that might solve this. As usual for my
high-quality TSVN-patches, it's completely untested...
