The whole point of SSPI is that the logged in user doesn't have to enter
username/password anymore! So even if you clear the auth cache (which
works as expected btw), you aren't asked for username/password because
SSPI uses the credentials of the currently logged in user.

If you have a workstation where multiple users are working on, make sure
that the login of that workstation doesn't have access to the repository
at all.
