TortoiseSVN 1.3.0 RC2 Clear Authentication error

In TortoiseSVN v1.3.0.5377 RC2 the 'Clear now' button under the
"Settings->General" page is not working correctly when using SSPI
authentication. When you click the button it seems to work but once you
return to the Repo-Browser or Commits don't ask you to input your
credentials. We have reverted to the latest stable version (TortoiseSVN
v1.2.6.4786) and it works as expected. We use this feature often to support
multiple users on a single login. We are using Window XP sp2.

I have a question about how the version1.3.0 -RC2 is sending the
authentication. It doesn't seem to ask at all. Is it using the current
logged in users credentials?
