My repository is on my local PC. I don't know how many other people
just use version control locally, but the second part is a "non-issue"
for such people. The first one sounds slightly more serious, but the
manual "workaround" is to commit (so it gets a version) then do the
copy. Then again, I don't copy files around that often and they are
_typically_ already versioned when I do.
That said, there are going to be a number of people who use Subversion
across the network and will run into the second issue even though I
won't. I agree with the other people who say wait for 1.3.0 until
Subversion fixes (or you patch, whichever) those issues. Even though I
am a bit eager for 1.3.0, I can wait.
