such dialogs never have an hourglass cursor! Try it: copy a lot of files
in explorer, which then shows the same kind of progress dialog - it
doesn't have an hourglass cursor.

That's because there's nothing else than "cleanup" going on. And
Subversion doesn't provide more information.

If it fails because of an error, then an error is shown.
If it simply can't show a graph because there *is* no graph, then of
course you just see "no graph".
In that case you have to figure out yourself why there's no graph:
mostly because there simply aren't any copies for the requested item.
