On Windows 2003 I tried installing 1.3.0.5201 over 1.3.0.5165 but it
still failed in the same way (finish page says "premature end..." or
something like that).

On Windows 2000 5165 -> 5201 worked fine.

Does anyone else have this problem on Windows 2003? Unfortunately I
don't have another 2K3 box to test on.
