Double-click in repo browser should open file

When I'm using the repository browser and double-click on a file, that
version of the file should be opened as if I double clicked it in
Windows Explorer. Right now, nothing happens.

I know I can open the file with a right click -> open, but having a
double-click action would be a nice touch.

P.S. I'm a pretty new user of TortoiseSVN but it has already changed
the way I work for the better. Thanks for all the hard work, devs!
