Tortoise's Diff: Cannot See Highlighted Diff For Single-Line Files

Hi,

When a file with only one line is modified TortoiseSVN's Diff does not
display the highlighted line-over-line diff in the lower pane. I've
tried all kinds of mouse moving/clicking and keyboard "arrowing" to no
avail.

TortoiseSVN 1.3.0, Build 5129 - 32 Bit, Win 2003 SP1
(but this issue has existed for quite a few versions back)

A simple way to reproduce (with unversioned files, but it happens with
versioned files too):

1. Create two files
  echo option1=true > file1.txt
  echo option2=true > file2.txt

2. Select the files in Explorer, right-click and choose SVN Diff

3. Observe that you cannot get a highlighted diff in the lower pane
