contextual menu enabled selectively

Hello,
First of all let me thank you for this great Subversion shell integration project, it's a pleasure to use.
If I may suggest one feature it would be an ability to select where TortoisSVN Explorer contextual menu shows up. That is, if I could designate a path where I keep my working folders, then contextual menu could be present only there. I figured it was not really necessary to have it in every imaginable file system object (like desktop today). In other words I'd like to have TortoisSVN to show up only in context menu of one folder and it's subfolders, but nowhere else to keep this menu clean and tidy. Just a though...
