Hi Stefan,

I have two questions.

1. What is the best way to merge resources. Whenever I update my tsvn
wc to head i have to manually create resources for my new dialogs
again. Isn't there a better way?

2. I've noticed that after build.bat script finishes OK, the .msi file
does have an updated time stamp but when i install it to another
machine, my changes are not present. The file size of tortoiseproc.exe
is the old one. This means that either the .msi does not contain my
changes or it was not installed properly.
