Fixed in revision 5066.

The memory usage isn't reduced until Windows does a "clean sweep". It
leaves the freed memory to the app for reusing it until the memory is
needed otherwise.

Note: the nightly builds won't run for a while (unless of course Russell
has VS.NET2005 installed). I will set them up on my machine soon...
