[TSVN] Post delete revisioned folder problems

Hi Stefan

A new subject line. This is something different.

r5060 of 2nd Dec 05 on Win2k dual core box.
Checkout part of repo to new WC.
Note cache memory usage.
Delete WC
Shutdown Win2k.
Receive exception in TSVNCache.exe at 0x77f87eeb referenced memory at
0x00000014
The memory could not be read.

This occurred three times using the above sequence.
Shutdown is clean if no WC deleted.

Note. There is no reduction in memory usage as result of deleting a WC.
So maybe these two symptoms are related.
