what version of TSVN are you using? We've already removed that dialog
popping up in the commit dialog. All it tells you is that there are
changes inside an svn:externals folder which won't be committed.

No. TSVN never contacts the repository until you hit "OK" in every
dialog. So authenticating isn't possible before.

That's why we removed the dialog.
