I *never* got a reply when I sent a mail to feedback@... Only Jason
replies usually that he's filed an internal issue and that they should
be working on the problem soon.

They don't do backups of the CVS repos as well as the db's on their
servers. You have to do that yourself. So I assume it will be the same
with Subversion repositories.

I really hope so. And I also hope they figure out why it's always the
TSVN repo which gets stuck. When this happened when the repo was still
hosted by the Subversion devs on svn.collab.net, they told me that
whenever that happened that the repo itself was fine but there were too
many db locks open in the repo. So my guess is that there are just more
people accessing the TSVN repo than any other repo hosted on tigris.org...
