Yes, we covered this already, I haven't had time to follow this obvious
diagnostic through.

There's no problem, except that I only remember to check every 3 days or so :-)
 Anyway I think I've found a workaround, further investigation revealed that the
problem only occurs when the repository file has some windows EOLs in it, which
happens a lot due to the amount of windows patches submitted.

Running dos2unix on the *repo* file before applying the the TortoiseSVN patch
eliminates the problem. Needless to say an svn patch created in linux doesn't
need this workaround.
