bug: caret is lost in TortoiseBlame when app window loses focus

To reproduce:

* open the TortoiseBlame window
* click on the text pane - caret appears in the window and can be used
to scroll the text
* change the focus to a different application
* return the focus to the TortoiseBlame window - there is no longer a
caret in the text pane.
