Drag and Drop does not work in Export/Checkout Dialog

The drag and drop features where you can drag and drop folders
in the Checkout and Export dialog boxes (text box specifically) seem
to be disabled again in the nightlies.

I can't remember if you could drag a repository folder into the import
dialog box before, but if it wasn't a feature before, then may I make
that a request ;)
