Contextmenu GCS_VERBA requested

Dear TortoiseSVN Developers,

we are in need of another GCS_ request next to GCS_HELPTEXTA and
GCS_HELPTEXTW, which is called GCS_VERBA and returns the text of the
context menu item. The value we need seems to be available in pszName.
We are able to implement this function ourselves, but it would be great
if it could be implemented and checked in by somebody who has access to
the original sources, so it is supported by future releases.

The location of the function I'm talking about is here:
TortoiseSVN-1.2.6.4786-src\src\TortoiseShell\ContextMenu.cpp(1450)
