64 bit version...

Just FYI:

I was working w/ scintilla for another project and
submitted my own 64-bit patch to scintilla.

I just reviewed the current patch ball for scintilla
stuff, and I think with the help of the scintilla
community, we picked up several things the current
patch-ball misses, so you might want to pick up
CVS HEAD for scintilla (or at least pick up the
next release.)

In addition, a recent test of Berkley DB 4.3.29,
I believe I was able to:

+ Load the _32bit_ version of the DSW into .net 2005.
+ Add x64 build to that using the GUI.

I believe those two steps got me a building BDB lib and
dll (though I haven't done any testing of that.)
