Okay, but on the commandline:

F:\src\Foo>svn co F:\SVN\Foo .
svn: 'F:/SVN/Foo' does not appear to be a URL

Is this worth to report on the Subversion mailing list?

I see. And because also the svn cli does not work with paths, accepting only
URLs seems to be the better solution.
