TSVN 1.2.5 source ZIP file incomplete?

Hi,

I just downloaded the 1.2.5 source ZIP package and tried to compile it.
But I get an error saying that "...\ext\apr-iconv\lib\iconv_module.c"
cannot be found. I think this happened because the ZIP doesn't include
the external "apr-iconv". It only includes a patch for it
("apr-iconv_patch"). Am I right?
