[TSVN] enhancement about peg revision in repository browser.

Last week, My mail system was broken.
Sorry for my reply lately..

I tested TSVN 1.3.0.4807 nightly build version.

1. Show log all in RepoBrowser(http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/branches)

2. I want to see the difference of TortoiseSVNSetup.vdproj in revision 331.
   /branches/release-0.20/src/TortoiseSVNSetup/TortoiseSVNSetup.vdproj

3. at TortoiseSVNSetup.vdproj In revision 331 of ShowLog dialog,
"Open", "Open with...", "Show properties", "Show log", "Save revision to..." are worked correctly.

"Show differences" is not worked.
Of course this is not a problem because the peg revision is HEAD.

4. I closed ShowLog dialog, then I changed the revision from HEAD to 332 in RepoBrowser.
RepoBrowser is changed in revision 332.

- First problem.
  I can't expand the branches/release-0.20 tree.
  The error message is something like "...The path doesn't exist..."
  -> I think that the peg revision is not 332 but HEAD.

- Second problem.
  I executed "Show log" Context menu in branches/release-0.20 (the revision of RepoBrowser is 332)
  although the peg revision is 332, "Show differences" in revision 331( for TortoiseSVNSetup.vdproj) is not worked.
