I've been using Trac which is designed for subversion users.

It fully integrates a wiki, bug/ticket tracker, and svn repository
viewer/differ (which replaced viewcvs for me).

It has a great-looking interface and is extremely easy-to-use because
all of the above are designed to be fully integrated with each other.
For example, you can have a wiki link to a specific version of a file
inside the subversion repository. The svn respository viewer offers 2
different views (side-by-side and inline) and the syntax colors for c++
look great.
