diff in repo-browser bug

Hi Everyone,

I believe there is a bug if you try to use the repo-browser for
diffing. If I select two tags right-click and select "compare
revisions" I get an empty list returned. If I do the same thing
at the command line, it works fine:
    svn diff http://cvs.dummy.com/svnroot/MediaDevelopment/NexgenGraphics/tags/City/zzz/zzz-1.3.20.01 http://cvs.dummy.com/svnroot/MediaDevelopment/NexgenGraphics/tags/City/zzz/zzz-1.3.20.02

I'm not sure if this is specific to tags or not. I also had
similar problems using the unified diff option.
