How to access the metadata that is visible in Explorer

One of the really neat features in TortoiseSVN is the ability to add
columns of metadata to the Explorer window. How should I proceed to access
some of that same information programmatically? Specifically, I am
interested in the "SVN Revision", "SVN Status" and "SVN Author" values.
