Some comments on 1.3

From: Mark Phippard <markp_at_softlanding.com>

I finally got around to updating my build to trunk and testing it.

1) I pretty much use http(s):// servers exclusively. This version seems
insanely fast compared to 1.2.x. Are others seeing this? What is it
attributable to? Neon? None of the servers I am hitting are running 1.3.

2) How extensively has the new "Cancel" ability been tested? If I cancel
in the middle of an Update/Switch/Merge is that something I should expect
to be OK and not corrupt my WC?

3) The new progress information is nice, but not what I was expecting.
Instead of showing a transfer rate could it instead show a total bytes
transferred counter? Or both?

Anyway, initial impressions are favorable.

Thanks

Mark
