Tooltips for filenames in the add dialog

Hi

Using 1.2.4.4484.

Could the tooltips that show the filenames in the add box when one
hovers over a filename please only display if the filename is too long
to fit into the window/column width? At the moment, they pop up after
less than a second, to show the whole filename, but the dialog is wide
enough for the filename to fit, making the tooltip redundant (and
distracting).
