The translation status script for example. I also modified the release
announcement (http://tortoisesvn.sourceforge.net/?q=release) so that only
three variables have to be set.

You're project admin on both sites, so you can see/set the mysql passwords
yourself. The apllication's admin account passwords (s)c(h)ould already be
known to you, but you obviously haven't tried yet :-)
