I've got some problems understanding what you actually want. Do you want
a checkbox before every action you do to indicate if you want to keep
the resulting dialog?
And you know there's a setting (in the settings dialog, where else)
where you can set when the progress dialog (that's the dialog showing
you the progress of every action until it's finished) should close
automatically (autoclose on warnings, merges, errors, ...)
