It appears to have been introduced between 4704 and 4715.
After updating the XP to 4715 the problem appears there too.
This time however there are some clues.
Looking closely it appears the text is displayed using the WinDings font
and is rotated.
So maybe the font has not been uninitialized.

*But thats not all*.

Twice now on separate boxes (W2K and XP), the first time I have clicked
on the Graph's maximize button the frame has maximized but the graph
itself has remained it's original size.
