I chose Revision graph from the WC root of my trunk/.

Same for me. Resizing the window or minimizing does not resolve this. It is
required to do a Zoom In or a Zoom Out.

TortoiseSVN 1.2.4, Build 4715 - 32 Bit

I saved this attached screenshot by using the "Save Graph as..." menu item.
