And *why* can't it display the graph? Don't you have read access to the
repository root? Or another reason?

I was thinking about a new project property 'tsvn:projectroot' which
will take an URL of the project root (which is depending on the repo
layout not the same as the repository root). Then the revision graph
could get the log of that.
But I'm not through yet with working our all
situations/glitches/problems which this may introduce, so it may take a
while before I can implement it.
