[TSVN] Contect sensitivity ofSVN Revision Graph menu entry.

Hi devs

Most (if not all other) menu entries are now only shown when they are
applicable. However the SVN Revision Graph entry is present in
situations where clicking on it ultimately ends in a "No graph
available" message.

So, is it feasible for TSVN to become selective in it's display of the
menu entry in some way.?
In the simplest scenario, either a boolean entry in the .svn folder
(which might need refreshing on update or commit) or in the registry (yuk).
