I'm quite happy with 1.2.4 at the moment, but I think some issues may
arise in that people don't want to upgrade to subversion 1.3 at some
point. With 1.2.1, there were svn problems with talking to 1.1.x servers.

We will wait on upgrading our server for a few months after 1.3 has been
released to make sure any wrinkles have been ironed out, but will
probably also wait on upgrading clients for quite a whlle too which
means we are stuck with 1.2.4

I'm not asking for a 1.2.5 release, but as svn moves further on, people
may be less willing to upgrade their client when if the servers aren't
upgraded.

Cheers

Russell
