Does your file show as locally modified? If not, then maybe your WC does
not have that tag loaded as clearly that is how the file looks in the tag.
 The file is not in their repository for previous versions. I think it is
a generated file in those versions.

Looking at their repos log, it does look like it is there somewhat on
purpose.
