Hi,
it seems that I got the problem with TSVNCache at least partly solved.
As the Crashrpt.dll was missing after the installation, I copied the
complete tree from the working machine to the machine where it is not
working (but intalled). And now (almost) everything seems to be OK.
TSVNCache and TortoiseProc are running. The only thing is, that the
overlay icons are missing.

But I *definitly* used the same installation source on both machines. It
seems, that on one machine the installation failed. Really strange.
