[TSVN] Attention translations, Last call!

Hi Folks,

Today we will release TortoiseSVN 1.2.3. Here's the current translation
status report. There are some translations which I guess can be fixed in
less than five minutes, because only a few strings or accelerator keys are
missing.

Please take a look, bring your language up to date and commit (or send it to
the patches list) before 15:00 CEST today.
