[TSVN] Doc Structure

Hi doc writers,

While working on the TSVN docs I was wondering why we always have these huge
strings to translate whenever table content is concerned. Since this doesn't
happen with the docs I write at work (we use the same system, only German ->
English), I looked for the difference.

It's the <table> inside a <para> that causes this. Tables are not considered
'final' tags by xml2po.py, put paragraphs are. So if a table is inside a
paragraph, the entire paragraph's content (read "the table with all the
definition stuff") will be written into the pot file. Yuck...

One possible workaround would be to take all tables out of paragraphs in the
docs and place them on the same level. The more elegant solution is, to add
tables to the list of final objects, which I did. I'm about to commit this
in a minute.

The next run of CreatePot will clean up the .pot file. This also places some
work on the doc translators, because the old
big-string-style-table-translations won't match anymore. But it's just a
copy'n paste job :-).

Simon, would you please update the .pot file, because I'm under the
impression that my german dos shell does strange things to the UTF-8
characters?

Cheers
- Lübbe
