[TSVN] [bugreporting] right-dragging copy/move operation.

Hi all...

I tested TSVN -revision 4409 nightly build.

I found a bug in right-dragging with copy/move operation in repository browser.

1. My test repository layout
+ branches
+ tags
   + test
+ trunk
   + test

2. When I copy/move the "test" directory to "tags" directory using right-dragging(with new name).
 TSVN always shows the error message.
 "The target url
   My/Repo/Url/tags/test -----> this is a original directory name.(it is not new directory name.)
  already exists!"

I think that TSVN compares URLS using the original name.
