Whatever code changes were needed in TSVN to make it build on x64 have
been applied already. The problem isn't TSVN but the libraries we use
(Subversion, apr, BDB, ...). Some of those libraries currently can't be
built on x64 without patching them first.

To make the x64 port 'stable', there's still some work to do:
- adjust installer to create the x64 registry keys
- test installer
- patch the external libs where needed (automate the patching)
- have someone actively maintain/test the x64 port (I can't do this
myself due to lack of proper x64 computer)

Once that's done, we can call the x64 port 'stable'. Until then, we
can't really call it stable.
