That's something outside of TSVN's realm. This would have to be done in
the Subversion library. And of course, there's already an issue filed
for this in the Subversion issue tracker.
But as you might know by now, it's not that easy to implement and that's
why that issue has been open for some time now. AFAIK someone is working
on it on a branch, but I don't know if it will be done soon or if it's
even possible.
