TortoiseBlame uses the same font (for the log messages/author/revision
info on the left) as is set in TortoiseMerge.
The font used on the right side in the scintilla control (showing the
file contents) is the same as we use in the commit dialog. So that one
should show correct (at least if the text file is read with the correct
code page).
