I haven't seen a solution yet, but I hope Stefan Fuhrmann is working on
one.

For the moment you can still use tortoisesvn 32-bit under Windows XP x64
in the 32-bit explorer, which works perfect. you can make a shortcut to:
"%windir%\syswow64\explorer.exe /separate" to launch it.
