[TSVN] TortoiseSVN 64 bit

I am having the same issue as reported earlier with:

"C:\Program Files\TSVN64\bin64\TortoiseProc.exe This application has failed to start
because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the
application may fix this problem."

I was wanting to see if anybody had figured out the needed files or fixes to make it work,
I will be installing VS 2005 shortly, but would like to figure this out beforehand
