Yes, I think so. I don't use the TreeView.

I created the setting and nothing happend. After killing SVNCache I see
the same symptoms again.

TSVNCache is at 0% now and the green Icon persists.

I had changed "FolderCrawler.h". It's read, TSVNCache is red, but src and
above are green, even with F5.

Mmmh - while looking up the names, src changed to red, too... But the top
folder is still green.

It's the same in both TSVN WCs (one in D:\tortoise, one in d:\source\tortoise).

I'm not sure whether this is the same problem as before - maybe now TSVNCache
just hasn't finished crawling, while before the cache data became corrupt?

BTW: In one of *my* WCs, the icon "randomly" changes between red and green
when pressing F5. Spooky...
