The reason for excluding this was that docbook doesn't provide a tag to
mark a word as non-translatable. And if you then just translate the po
file, you don't see that you must not translate certain words (e.g. the
CL commands).

But if you find something which will show up in a po file so translators
know that they don't have to translate a word, please tell us so we can
add that file back in the po-generator.
