Is the new installer stable now? It looks good to me, but I don't
understand the internals.

Do we want to add the subsidiary licenses (SVN, APR, Neon, etc) to the
installer yet?

The Eula that is now displayed in the nightlies states that our license
(ie. GNU GPL) can be viewed from our website, so I need to make sure the
link is really there (or change the Eula).

We need to add the OpenSSL credit somewhere, either in the about box or
in the docs.

None of this license stuff is worth losing sleep over - no-one has
complained yet, so one more release with minor non-compliances won't
make any difference.
