A 1.5MB big bmp file, just to tell us the error message? Have you ever
heard of Ctrl-C to copy the text of any messagebox to the clipboard???
And a bmp? I can't believe you've never heard of jpeg!
(and looking at the bmp: you could even have save a whole meg of the
bmp if you didn't include the whole screen but only the messagebox
itself).

The error message tells you that the repository you want to relocate
to has a different UUID than your working copy. So it's not the same
repository, and you can't just relocate there.

You have not copied the repository to the new location but either
created a new one there or did a dump/reload to the new place. Either
way, the UUID doesn't match anymore.
